Compensation Package :
Pay Frequency : Biweekly
Position Hours : Schedule will include Saturdays and on-call availability
FLSA : Non-Exempt
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Keep vacant units clean
Maintain / secure keys & remotes
Annual safety inspections of each unit with Property Manager
Order and / or reorder of supplies for maintaining the complex
Straighten up and remove trash from common areas
