We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, problem solver, and team player who takes pride in their work. In addition to handling phone calls and scheduling appointments, there may be opportunities to assist with table linen changes and social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar
- Assist with changing table linens between clients, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment
- Provide information and assistance to clients regarding our services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
- Assist with social media marketing efforts, including content creation and scheduling posts
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional customer experience
- Stay updated on company policies, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including scheduling software and social media platforms
