We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records.
• Engage in inside sales activities, including telemarketing, to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our software products to effectively convey their benefits to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products effectively in the market.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
• Strong background in inside sales or telemarketing with a focus on building client relationships.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales processes.
• Ability to understand complex software solutions and articulate their value proposition clearly.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
