· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define learning objectives.
· Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for learning programs and solutions.
· Support the implementation and optimization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other learning platforms (i.e., learning experience, content management, etc.).
· Ensure technology solutions are effectively integrated into the learning and development processes.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the learning and development team.
· Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project timelines, goals, and progress.
· Identify potential risks to learning project timelines or outcomes and develop mitigation strategies.
· Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve the learning experience.
· Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business cases, process maps, user stories, and reports
