As a Data Processor II at Pure Solutions LLC , you will be directly responsible for managing and maintaining data throughout its lifecycle. This role involves inputting, verifying, and organizing key data sets and documents into both digital and physical systems. You will ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal standards and regulations, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data flow and addressing any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Organization & Management : Create and organize new data files by gathering and structuring project-related documents, including contracts, invoices, plans, permits, and change orders.
Ensure all project files, both digital and physical, are systematically organized in a logical and easily accessible manner, in line with company standards.
Data Entry & Documentation : Accurately input customer and project data into internal systems (CRM, ERP, or project management tools), including contact information, specifications, payment records, and other relevant details.
Maintain up-to-date and complete customer files, reflecting the latest project information, such as amendments and change orders.
Data Verification & Quality Control : Review incoming documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Identify missing or incomplete data and proactively follow up with customers, contractors, or internal teams to obtain necessary information.
Document Scanning & Digital Filing : Scan and upload paper documents into the company's digital storage system (e.g., document management software, cloud storage).
Ensure all digital files are properly tagged, indexed, and stored for easy retrieval.
Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with project managers, estimators, and other teams to ensure customer files are comprehensive and regularly updated throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide access to customer files for relevant internal teams while ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Customer Communication : Assist in obtaining additional documentation or clarifications from customers, vendors, or subcontractors as needed.
Respond to internal and external requests for file information promptly, providing accurate and clear details.
Compliance & Recordkeeping : Ensure that all customer files comply with industry regulations, privacy laws, and company policies.
Perform periodic audits of customer files to ensure they are accurate, complete, and adhere to company standards.
Data Reporting : Generate regular reports on the status of customer files (e.g., incomplete documentation, pending approvals) to assist in project tracking.
Maintain records of missing or outstanding documents and contribute to meeting project timelines by assisting in document completion.

Hours :
Full Time - : 40hours weekly
Part-Time - : 20hours weekly.
