Ensuring operational excellence in delivering high quality content, resources, and enablement to partners is critical to achieving scale and velocity while ensuring the best experience for our partners and customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that partners receive high-quality, impactful, and timely content by owning the end-to-end processes and systems. You will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows, enhance content efficiency, and align delivery with business goals, enabling our partners to succeed.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows for creating, reviewing, and delivering enablement content to partners.
- Establish and maintain governance processes to ensure that all partner-facing systems are updated accurately and consistently for key launches and events.
- Act as the central coordinator between subject matter experts, instructional designers, and system admins to orchestrate the creation, review, and publishing of partner enablement content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partner content and resource needs, prioritize initiatives, and align content with broader organizational goals.
- Develop feedback loops with partners to gather input on the relevance and usability of enablement content and tools, driving continuous improvements.
- Audit and maintain content across partner-facing systems, ensuring it is current, relevant, and easy for partners to find.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure the Partner Portal aligns with the public website in messaging, branding, and overall experience.
- Work with platform owners to implement content organization guidelines, tagging structures, and enhanced search capabilities to improve the partner experience and self-service capabilities.
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of content, system performance, and partner engagement, using data to inform ongoing optimizations.
- Identify and address gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies in partner-facing systems and workflows, driving operational excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- 6 years proven experience in content operations, channel enablement, channel programs, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- A passion for operational efficiency and interest in working at the intersection of content strategy, process optimization, and partner enablement.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure success through data.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $145,000 – $218,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
