Pure Storage is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth in the Enterprise segment for the Southeast region. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams and partners to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and strengthen customer relationships. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to achieve aggressive growth targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with Enterprise sales priorities, focusing on driving high-quality pipeline and bookings growth
- Serve as the primary marketing resource for Enterprise Sales and Partner teams in the region
- Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to engage target audiences throughout the buyer's journey
- Collaborate with partner account managers to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives that increase market reach and impact
- Work cross-functionally with corporate marketing teams to customize and leverage global campaigns for Enterprise audience relevance
- Foster strong relationships across sales and marketing stakeholders, including Partner Marketing, Digital, Programs, Inside Sales, Operations, and external agencies
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Manage marketing budgets and resources with excellence
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics within the Enterprise space for application in marketing plans
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated success in Enterprise marketing
- Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing plans that drive new customer acquisition and repeat business
- Demonstrated aptitude for sales engagement and enablement
- Experience in partner/alliance marketing and co-marketing program development
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to marketing strategy and performance measurement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence executive decisions through compelling business cases
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management, peers, and external partners
- Proactive self-starter with strategic thinking and exceptional execution capabilities
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellence in budget and project management
- Experience with key tools a plus: Salesforce, 6sense, Allocadia, NetSuite
- Must be willing and able to travel approximately 50%
The annual base salary range is: $100,000 – $173,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
