Position Overview
The Role:
The Revenue Operations Analyst will be an integral part of the GTM strategy team, responsible for creating data models, analyzing large and complex data sets, and turning data into actionable insights. The analyst will work closely within the Sales GTM Strategy & Analytics Team to support key business initiatives.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Utilize a data-driven approach to extract business insights on key sales performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Translate business questions and problems into actionable and insightful reports and dashboards, making it easy for stakeholders to understand and take action.
- Provide insightful metrics, including leading indicators that support go-to-market strategy and measure the success of execution.
- Build comprehensive analyses to develop long-term strategic plans, analyzing attainment, productivity, pipeline conversion, product performance, and market trends. Advise on resource allocation, investment prioritization, and go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
- Create sales analytics and reporting, collaborating with other team members to automate processes.
- Drive operational excellence through the optimization of key “run the business” data models.
- Update and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analytics.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- 2 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance, preferably in a business support role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Knowledge of internal business and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Sales and/or Marketing business processes and financial support models.
- Understanding of SQL data pulls and familiarity with Snowflake data management tools.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, ability to pivot seamlessly between big picture and fine-level granularity, and a relentless focus on outcomes.
- Hands-on analytical mindset with a quantitative focus, passionate about analyzing and synthesizing business metrics and raw data to distill performance trends and business insights for executive decision-making.
- Strong communication and “story-telling” skills, particularly for executive management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work well under pressure, and adapt quickly to change.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally through strong relationship building, influencing, negotiating, and communication skills with all levels of management.
- Experience with Tableau and advanced skills with Excel are a strong plus. Familiarity with SFDC, Clari, and Anaplan software is also a plus.
Pay Range
USD $96,000.00 - USD $145,000.00 /Yr.Pay Transparency Statement
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
