You will be a part of the core team that redefines how a product should be sold at Pure Storage!
You will develop and deliver software product(s) and APIs to help differentiate Pure from our
competitors.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Understand and implement software development/engineering lifecycle concepts to drive
features from conception to delivery based on product roadmap.
● Software analysis, code analysis, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis,
software reliability analysis
● Develop REST APIs, work on integrations with Salesforce, Okta and partners platforms.
● Take pride in software quality through rigorous functional testing and writing automated
unit tests.
● Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information
with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
● Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform hdoff
and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.
Requirements
● At least 5 years of professional, hands-on software development experience with
proficiency in microservices in the AWS environment.
● RESTful API design and development experience in Javascript/Typescript and Java on
cloud platforms.
● Web UI development experience using React.
● Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, Docker , CloudFront, AWS Lambda and Api
Gateway.
● Familiarity with AWS technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Dynamodb, EKS, Kibana
and Grafana
● Automated test driven development with unit and integration tests.
● Good understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Experience with CI/CD including Argos and Spinnaker is a plus
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the {Santa Clara, CA}} office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range is: $[141,000] – $[212,000].
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
