Your Role: You will be a leader voice at the table within a rapidly growing innovative company overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations, sales and marketing, retail, events and team development, assuring all best practices, brand standards goals are met, while fostering our best-in-class studio culture. This position also provides growth opportunities as the business expands locally.

Preferred Qualifications Responsibilities:

• Experience within client services that use booking software
• Understands the benefits of building rapport with clients plans to strengthen relationships
• Demonstration to set and execute strategies goals
• Experience working within wellness, retail, fitness or hospitality
• Executes the company’s marketing programs across partnerships, community outreach, emails events

Compensation:

• Pay is commensurate with experience, and we believe in rewarding good work and nurturing growth
• Monthly Sales Bonus Commissions
• Retail commission
• Free Sauna Cold Plunge services and wholesale retail to grow your wellness practice
