What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOH Assistant Manager position at Pure Taqueria?
The Assistant Manager is responsible for achieving our mission by being an active, effective Front-of-the-House (FOH) Manager, a valuable and cooperative member of the Management Team, and a fair, consistent, supportive FOH Department Supervisor.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operation of PURE Taqueria according to PURE standards, programs and systems.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for executing plans that will achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest satisfaction and hospitality, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
The PURE Taqueria Assistant Manager will have some responsibilities for the Daily Accounting and Point of Sale system, as well as using the basic office computer systems and equipment.
The Assistant Manager will be primarily responsible for regularly scheduled shifts as a Front of the House MOD, and fulfill all the duties and responsibilities associated with the proper opening and closing of the Restaurant.
