Job Description
The Administrative Specialist - Credit and Bankruptcy/Litigation is responsible for processing, scoring and decisioning commercial credit applications from a network of dealers seeking to provide their end-use customers with funding for products and services. This person provides support, responds to questions and assists the dealer with customer credit applications and any issues that may arise. Additionally this person will support the COO by overseeing a variety of administrative duties, including bankruptcies and litigation
Duties and responsibilities
The following are some of the duties and responsibilities that may be required of a Administrative Specialist - Credit and Bankruptcy/Litigation. This listing should not be taken as an all-inclusive list of duties. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.
· Commercial credit application scoring, processing and decisioning
· Process incoming agreements: data entry
· Maintain effective communications with dealers and customers via incoming and outgoing phone calls and email
· Assist in managing contract flow
Supporting our COO by overseeing a variety of administrative duties, including bankruptcies and litigation
· Other miscellaneous office duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
· High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
· Previous customer service or credit support experience preferred
· Computer experience and aptitude (proficient in word, excel and other business platforms)
· Prior experience with various types of office machines
· Excellent communications skills
· Previous experience in handling customer and client issues over the phone in a fast-paced environment
· Problem solving skills and the ability to think under pressure
This is a full time position in our office, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
