As the Field Service Team Lead, you will play a critical role in responding to customer callouts, coordinating efforts and resources, and ensuring all safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for building relationships with key accounts and partners, and implementing Team Member Cross Training plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service requests and ensure all paperwork is completed.
- Maintain the field service calendar and book accommodations as needed.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained and ready for jobs.
- Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
- Meet with customers to determine the nature of the service or repair.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Repair and maintain equipment in the Field.
- Install and test new equipment.
