Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliates across various channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates through regular communication and performance reviews.
- Analyze program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies.
- A/B testing creative assets, optimizing landing pages, and refining outreach strategies.
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Execute outreach campaigns and maintain communication records.
- Collaborate with the team and manage multiple client programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field (internships considered).
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools is nice to have. (e.g., SEM Rush, Google Analytics, affiliate network dashboards).
