This position will also play a key role in contributing to the overall growth strategy and operations of this business unit.Key Responsibilities : Oversee and manage the operations of the business unit : Lead and mentor the local team, providing direction, training, and support to foster a high-performance work culture.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational profitability and efficiency to drive improvements needed to meet appropriate performance metrics.
