Our Commercial Real Estate Brokerage local to Atlanta, specializing in Land Sales and development, is seeking an ambitious, high-achieving, goal oriented land agent to join our team and grow with the company.
Compensation:
This position is 100% commission based
Responsibilities:
- Use the tools and technology provided by the company to discover new land opportunities
- Daily lead generation and follow up through cold calling land prospects
- Develop and nurture new business relationships
- Negotiate terms of the transaction
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Georgia
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of successful transactions and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

From the Farm to the City, we are constantly searching for land opportunities and building relationships with landowners/sellers. Our primary focus is concentrated on land sites that are ideal for ground-up apartments, residential, industrial, self-storage, hospitality and senior uses. We have a proven track record of creating unique development opportunities within these categories throughout Intown Atlanta and in the Suburbs. We have relationships and/or have completed transactions with most every developer based in Atlanta, the Southeast and Nationally. As professionals at putting land deals together, we will coordinate with both the landowner and developer to identify and secure land with development potential. Our knowledge and experience dealing with Municipalities lends itself well in determining the highest and best use for the land and is also helpful when conducting a risk analysis to govern the probability of a successful rezoning.
