Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in automotive in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in program management, leadership development, or cross-functional collaboration.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a structured environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project or task management tools (e.g., …) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an ability to handle data and insights effectively.
