Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and effective fitness classes tailored to various skill levels
- Design and implement innovative fitness programs that meet the needs of participants
- Educate clients on proper techniques, safety protocols, and the benefits of physical activity
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and fosters community spirit
- Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance program offerings
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to promote health club initiatives and events
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe exercise practices
- Experience in health club settings, with a focus on group fitness instruction

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
