Key responsibilities:
- Value Stream Mapping: Focus on optimizing processes. Need someone who has Claims and Policy certifications.
- GW Platform: Need someone to stabilize upgrades and manage future updates.
- Certifications: Must be certified on policy and claims (K or L).
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare environment, merge code, and deploy.
- Strong communication skills.
- Deploy code across billing, claims, and policy.
- Work with solution architect (Sree).
- Manage access control and leverage existing environment.
- Ensure tech efficiencies.
- Integration and Configuration:
- Comfortable with code merging and deployment for GW updates.
- Handle 3 releases per year and security patches every 60 days.
- Fill the gap in the team.
