As a Sr. Backend Developer Lead at Client, you will be responsible for specializing in
.Net Core in designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side components of our AI-powered
workforce compliance SaaS platform. You will lead backend development initiatives, working closely with
cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance systems that support the functionality and
performance of our products. Additionally, you will provide leadership by mentoring junior developers,
guiding technical decisions, and ensuring the successful execution of backend projects.
Qualifications:
Experience: 7 years of experience in backend development, preferably within a SaaS
environment. Experience in compliance, RegTech, or FinTech is a plus.
Technical Skills: Specialization in .Net Core, Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js,
Python, Java, or .NET. Experience with database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, and cloud-based
databases (e.g., AWS RDS, MongoDB).
API Development: Strong experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and
understanding of API design principles.
Performance & Scalability: Ability to design and implement scalable systems that handle large
volumes of data and high traffic.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and
resolve complex backend issues.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams to
deliver integrated solutions.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a
culture of continuous improvement.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced
degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
