SUMMARY:  

Support the Office, Plant and Dispatch in day-to-day operations 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

  • Assist OM/GM in day-to-day operations and special projects
  • Assist OM with placing/receiving orders
  • Assist OM with hiring/orientation process
  • Filing/scanning/emailing invoices
  • Provides exceptional internal and external customer service
  • Answers phone
  • Makes decisions and problem solves
  • Organizes, plans and prioritizes work
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet Company goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-Year College or technical school; 3 - 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: 

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, customers, and the general public. Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: 

 

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
