Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training and Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of the PurgeRite Academy. This role is responsible for developing comprehensive training programs that enhance technical skills, ensure safety compliance, and foster leadership growth across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a passion for developing talent in both blue-collar and professional roles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design & Develop Training Programs : Create hybrid (in-person and online) learning modules focusing on technical skills, safety protocols, and leadership development.
- Manage PurgeRite Academy : Oversee day-to-day operations of the Academy, including scheduling sessions, coordinating with in-house experts, and integrating external trainers.
- Certification & Milestone Tracking : Implement certification pathways and monitor employee progress, ensuring clear growth opportunities within the company.
- Assess Training Effectiveness : Use feedback tools, assessments, and performance data to evaluate training impact and continuously improve programs.
- Collaborate Across Departments : Work closely with HR, Operations, Engineering, and Leadership teams to align training initiatives with company goals.
- Maintain Compliance Standards : Ensure all safety and regulatory training meets industry standards and legal requirements.
- Leverage Technology : Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools to deliver engaging online training experiences.
