Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within the commercial mechanical sector
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
