Candidate Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Logistics Coordinator (CLC) to join our team in the food and beverage industry, specializing in commercial water filtration systems. In this role, you will support customer accounts, coordinate service requests, manage work orders, and schedule water filtration services. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and can oversee the day-to-day fulfillment of work order requests through full completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer work orders, emails, and telephone requests.
- Triage, document, and coordinate day-to-day work order requests and service delivery through full completion.
- Follow-up with shipper, client, site supervisor, and ensure site readiness for service delivery.
- Proactively schedule, assign, track, and monitor work orders through full completion and close-out.
- Collaboratively optimize service routes to reduce costs, prioritize job sites, and improve service times.
- Ensure timely material shipments are coordinated, delivered, and stocked for upcoming scheduled service jobs, proactively resolving any delays or disruptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date work orders and scheduling information in the appropriate systems and job boards ensuring seamless coordination.
- Regularly and proactively communicate with third party suppliers, vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper stock levels at distribution and storage points.
- Provide regular reporting updates, analyze operational metrics, and measure Key Performance Indicators.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and a six (6) month probation period.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of account management, logistics management, or scheduling experience, preferably in the water filtration, food & beverage, or service industry.
- Basic understanding of commercial water filtration systems and service operations (preferred but not required).
- Strong ability to prioritize, schedule, and track multiple work orders efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
- Ability to address and resolve customer inquiries and service issues proactively.
- Experience with Field Service Management systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Employment is at-will, and this announcement does not create a contract of employment or employment for a specified term. As a condition of employment, you are required to sign an Employment Agreement prior to beginning employment and complete a six (6) month probationary period.
