Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed to ensure safety and cleanliness in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
- Building A: 3 floors and 1 small laundry facility.
Total SQFT: 14,300Task:
Running machine across the hallways/ common areas cleaning the floors and leaving a neutral scent behind. Clean the laundry rooms, elevators, and stairwells. When we start the stairwells will not need to be addressed as they are currently carpeted. Once the carpet is pulled, they will want the stairwells cleaned each visit.
The service can take place any time after 5:00PM 7 days a week . Monthly Pay: $2,500
- Building B: 4 floors and a laundry facility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is advantageous.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor scrubbers effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
