Position: Residential Window Cleaner Location: Saint George Type: Full-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented window cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows of residential properties, delivering exceptional service, and upholding the company's reputation for quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, scrub, and polish windows of various sizes and types in residential homes, including interior and exterior surfaces.
• Remove dirt, smudges, streaks, and grime from windows using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
• Safely operate ladders, scaffolds, and other equipment to access high or hard-to-reach windows.
• Ensure all work is performed efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, leaving no mess or debris behind.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions that clients may have.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and promote a safe work environment.
• Keep accurate records of completed jobs, time spent, and materials used.
• Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial window cleaning is preferred.
• Familiarity with various window types and cleaning techniques.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders and other equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within established timeframes.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
