We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Project Management team. This internship offers hands-on experience in research, design, analysis, and process improvement. Essential Job Accountabilities
- Support Project Manager initiatives and contributes to project success.
- Ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all work performed.
- Participate in team meetings and provide project updates.
- Conduct research and analysis to improve product performance and efficiency.
- Support process optimization initiatives to enhance manufacturing and production operations.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, data analysis, and documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve engineering challenges and implement solutions.
- Act in the Company’s best interest and seek opportunities to improve the bottom line while maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Business preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in an office, manufacturing, or outdoor environment.
- May require standing, walking, or lifting equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
