As a Front Counter Associate, you'll be the friendly face greeting our clients, inspecting garments, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with drop-offs and pick-ups.

- Inspect garments and enter information into our point-of-sale system.

- Ensure top-quality service and look for ways to brighten a customer’s day.

- Participate in community programs like Coats for Kids and 100K Meals.

- Communicate effectively with the team and management.

- Maintain a calm, service-oriented environment.

- Work independently and as part of a team.

- Represent Puritan Cleaners professionally and positively.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Friendly, positive attitude with a smile.

- Community-oriented and dependable.

- Attention to detail and a neat appearance.

- Available for alternate weekend shifts and mornings/afternoons.

- Willingness to learn and support others.

- Retail/customer service experience is a plus but not required—training is provided.

Physical Requirements:

- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and garment handling.

- Occasional sitting, climbing stairs, kneeling, and stooping.

Attire:

- Company shirts provided; additional shirts at reduced cost.

- Navy, khaki, or black slacks or fingertip-length shorts/skirts.

Shift and Schedule:

- Mon-Fri: 6:30am-7:30pm

- Saturday: 7:30am-4:30pm

- Sunday: 9:30am-4:30pm

- Full-time (35-40 hours weekly), with potential for overtime.

INTERVIEWS:

We are growing quickly and need afternoon/alternating weekend availability. Choose the location that best benefits you and drop by Mon-Fri 7am to 2pm to speak with the manager.
