Mowing Crew Leader
Reports to Operations Manager: Cole Obryon
Summary:
The Mowing Crew Leader is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks in order to manage the timely completion of ground maintenance services. The Mowing Crew Leader will be required to supervise a crew of laborers and operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specified job tasks, as well provide daily progress reporting on jobs in LMN software. The Mowing Crew Leaders main objective is to lead a crew of two to four team members to properly maintain client's properties while meeting or exceeding budgeted labor hour goals.

Job Duties:
- Plan and manage the loading/unloading of Isuzu SLT1 per daily procedures.
- Lawn mowing services such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off all hard surfaces.
- Operation of lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc. equipment to perform the daily services.
- Inspect all work for quality and completion on every client’s property and put in in notes in LMN.(walk around entire property before leaving to inspect).
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on trucks, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, properties, and shop/yard areas.
- Familiarity with other maintenance services such as pruning and weed control.
- Basic knowledge of turf, horticulture, and maintenance services.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance on mowers and other equipment.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations.
- Communicate with clients in a polite and courteous manner.
- ALWAYS WEARING PROPER WORK CLOTHING TO MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL APPERANCE ON ALL CLIENTS PROPERTY.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in PROFESSIONAL Mowing/ Grounds Maintenance industry.
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
- Effective communication skills- must be able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs, complete daily reports in LMN.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision and as part of a Team.
- Possess a driver's license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a Drug Test
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
