Job Overview: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in a designated region. This is a 1099 contractor position offering flexibility, performance-based compensation, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop sales strategies to achieve regional revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the region.
Lead and train a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
Report on regional sales performance and forecast future growth.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in a management role.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to travel within the region as needed.
Compensation: Performance-based (Commission/Bonus Structure)

Monday to Friday
