Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage multiple engagements and audit teams simultaneously
Assign and delegate tasks to staff auditors
Review work for accuracy, ensuring compliance with audit standards
Perform risk and control assessments to ensure quality outcomes
Complete audits within deadlines and prepare reports for shareholders
Present audit findings and offer recommendations for improved compliance and efficiency
Participate in networking and community events to enhance our firm's presence
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (significant progress toward CPA certification required)
CPA License preferred
6 years of public accounting experience
Strong knowledge of auditing practices and principles
Experience in multiple industries, such as construction, manufacturing, healthcare, non-profit, and more, is a plus
Familiarity with PPC Smart and CCH ProSystem FX is advantageous
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on building strong relationships
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently
