Position Overview : I am seeking an experienced Tax Accountant / Senior Accountant who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients in a less stressful, more comfortable work setting. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to continuously expand their skills and contribute to a growing firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review tax returns for businesses, individuals, and trusts / estates
- Provide consulting, tax planning, and compliance services
- Research and advise on complex tax issues
- Manage multiple client engagements effectively
- Mentor and coach junior staff members
- Contribute to the improvement of internal tax processes and procedures
