We are a local mitigation and remediation company that responds to property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and bio-hazard. We are looking for a full time Water, Mold, Fire Technicians to join our team and take superior care of our customers in the Lake Norman/Charlotte area. IICRC Certification is a plus but not required. We are an established company, and growing quickly. Responsibilities for a Water, Mold, Fire, Technician:
- Inspect damaged property
- Physically remove building materials that cannot be saved (e.g. drywall, flooring, insulation)
- Physically stage equipment
- Load and unload company vehicle
- Must be able to drive company vehicle
- Must have ability to document work performed
- Must maintain consistent direct customer contact that is courteous and respectful
- Must participate in 24/7 on call rotation with team member for emergency service calls

Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour
