As an Apprentice Technician , youll move beyond the basics and strengthen your skills with on-the-job guidance.

What Youll Do
Set Up Equipment : Handle pumps, air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.
Assist with Restoration Tasks : Water extraction, demolition for severely damaged areas, initial cleaning for fire / smoke jobs.
Job Documentation : Learn to use moisture meters, record daily progress, and upload notes to project files.
Mentor & Collaborate : Help orient brand-new hires and get direction from Mid-Level or Lead Techs.
Qualifications
Some Experience or Background in labor, construction, or cleaning is a plus, but we train you if youre motivated.
Physical Fitness : Lift / carry 50 lbs, work in tight or damp areas safely.
Willingness to Learn : Strong interest in earning IICRC or other industry certs.
Team Mindset : Good communication, respect for peers, readiness to help.
