As a Mid-Level Restoration Technician , youll handle more complex tasks and mentor junior staffmaking a vital impact on each projects success.

Skill Elevation : Take on independent tasks water extraction, mold remediation, smoke / odor controlwith minimal supervision.
Expanded Certifications : Build on your existing IICRC certs (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.). We offer guidance and possible tuition assistance for higher-level credentials (AMRT, OCT).
Leadership Growth : Hone your abilities by guiding Apprentices while still learning from Lead Techs.
Competitive Pay : Earn $20$24 / hr , with potential raises for additional certifications.
Dynamic Work : Each day brings new challengesranging from residential water losses to large-scale commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Restoration : Perform advanced water extraction, mold / bacterial remediation, and smoke / odor mitigation.
Documentation & Communication : Record moisture readings, job details, and communicate progress to Lead Tech or Project Manager.
Mentorship : Coach Apprentice Techs on proper equipment use, safety procedures, and job site etiquette.
Quality Control : Ensure each job meets IICRC standards and company protocols for timeliness and thoroughness.
Qualifications
2 IICRC Certifications (e.g., WRT ASD) or comparable experience in restoration.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, handle emergency calls , and effectively communicate.
Physical Stamina : Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in sometimes challenging environments (water-damaged, smoky, etc.).
Team Orientation : Comfortable collaborating, leading by example, and receiving feedback from supervisors.
