Job Overview
A Contents Inventory Team Lead works directly with home and business owners to inventory and document contents that are damaged or impacted during an event like a fire, flood, or storm. The team lead oversees the team responsible for assessing, cataloging, packing, and restoring affected contents
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of inventory specialists or technicians in tracking, inventorying, and managing the contents of properties affected by damage.
- Coordinating the identification, cataloging, and photographing of personal or business contents for insurance claims or restoration processes.
- Using inventory software or systems to document items in detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensuring the safe handling and preservation of fragile or valuable items during the restoration process.
Requirements
- Process Customer Contents, evaluate/assist Inventory, and Documentation.
- IICRC Certificaiton.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to assess and evaluate contents for restorability.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Familiarity with contents inventory management platforms.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
