PuroClean is seeking a motivated, hard-working Production Technician to join our team. The Production Technician will develop and maintain a positive company image and positive relations between the company and key customers, vendors, and regulators. This role involves working closely with a team members to manage cleaning and restoration projects as well as troubleshoot challenges. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, resourceful, and skilled in problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and restoration tasks in the aftermath of water, fire, or mold damage by following PuroClean production guidelines per work orders and all safety practices.
- Collaborate with team members daily on cleaning and restoration projects while developing production expertise with services, cleaning processes and equipment.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and assess damage quickly and efficiently.
- Exhibit a high degree of independence while also being a team player in the process of
- Provide customer service when communicating with clients regarding cleaning and restoration processes.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company protocols about cleaning and maintaining jobsites and leaving jobsites clean and orderly.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, equipment and supplies to ensure that these are always operational and ready to use.
- Rotate on-call responsibilities to support urgent cleaning and restoration needs outside of regular hours.
Qualifications:
- Skills including problem-solving ability, self-driven nature, and ability to work independently are strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in construction and/or cleaning is beneficial.
- Ability to learn and align with PuroClean's culture and methods.
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and contribute to problem-solving in fast-paced situations.
- Strong communication skills for the purpose of working well with team members and clients.
- Ability to tolerate frequent travel in automobiles.
- Ability to operating both a phone and email.
Physical Demands:
- Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information.
- Some lifting is expected. Exertion of up to 70 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity. The ability to be able to stand, reach, and crouch for up to 8 hours.

Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $20-25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Overtime and weekend hours compensated accordingly.
