Overview
Seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support a young family in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage schedules and appointments, handle communications, and ensure the smooth operation of daily life.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations and transport.
- Coordinate with other parties that that provide service to Owner.
- Handle and coordinate maintenance and repairs at the home.
- Maintain household inventory and supplies.
- Assist with personal errands (such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning drop offs / pick ups / Vet appointments etc)
