Duties
- Assess and evaluate damage to properties caused by water, fire, or mold and develop appropriate restoration plans.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various restoration tasks including water extraction, drying, demolition, and repair.
- Perform mold remediation procedures following established safety protocols.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and restoration services as needed.
- Execute asbestos abatement processes in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of restoration projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain the restoration process and provide updates on project status.
