Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial mechanics and electrical systems, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, ensuring operational efficiency while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment using tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, utilizing knowledge of high voltage systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Train and mentor junior technicians on proper techniques for equipment maintenance and repair.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of technical issues affecting production.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding equipment functionality.
Experience
- Proven experience in the restoration and mitigation work life.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
