Summary:
This position will be responsible for Configuring and setting up Customer equipment’s and supporting the general efforts of the Service Delivery team with a focus on order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and assisting the Warehouse Manager in managing the warehouse. This includes a combination of tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, configuration, assembly, and shipment of product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & Provision videophone equipment
- Collaborate with technical leads to troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and licensing
- Reprogram / Format computer equipment as needed
- Assist and backup the warehouse Manager
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Receive and stage inventory to be recorded in the accounting system
- Fulfill customer orders by packing and shipping each deliverable
- Follow procedures for inventory control and process workflow
- Assist with special projects and assignments
- Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
To perform the job successfully, the following competencies should be demonstrated:
- Ability to work with various operating systems such as Windows, iOS, and Android
- Experience working with MDM solutions is preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively in writing
- Ability to communicate in American Sign Language is preferred
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Support customer satisfaction
- Complete projects in a timely manner and meet deadlines
- Respond promptly to customer needs
- Assist in improving processes, products, and services
- Ability to foster a positive work environment
- Ability to multi-task and be a problem solver
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
Qualifications:
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2 or more years related experience in a warehouse & Technical support environment is preferred
