Lawn Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lawn Care Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess yard maintenance and lawn care skills. They must demonstrate proficiency in various tasks including lawn mowing, weed and leaf removal, and the operation of lawn care equipment . This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently to address lawn maintenance issues and services in residential and commercial properties.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, weed eating, pruning, fertilizing, aeration, mulching and removing yard waste (grass clippings, leaves, branches, exc.)
• Loading and unloading equipment and yard waste and materials.
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete work within specified timeframes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used for each job.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lawn Care Tech. or in a similar role with a strong skill set in lawn care maintenance.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, lawn mowers, dump trailers, lawn care equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for travel between job sites.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects when necessary.
