The Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Operating Room provides leadership and coordination of daily surgical operations. - Foster positive relationships with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements
Qualifications Required:
- Active RN license (state or compact)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – required within 30 days of start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – required within 30 days of start date
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – required within 30 days of start date
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing – required within 3 years of hire
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in Surgical Services (OR, CVOR, PACU, Pre-Op, PAT, or Endoscopy)
- At least 2 years of leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Clinical Coordinator, or Nursing Supervisor in an acute care setting
- Strong knowledge of perioperative workflows, case management, and surgical protocols
- Excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
