Job Description:
Outpatient Primary Care office services adults including diagnosis of medical problems, chronic disease, and comprehensive care for adult patients with multiple medical concerns.
Office is open Monday – Friday, 8-5pm. Team offers flexible schedule to meet Physician needs. No weekends or holidays.
Call is every 6th week from Monday-Monday (phone calls only).
Physician has the option to do a full clinical Primary Care FTE or include precepting time with our Academic IM Residency that is attached.
The Primary Care office offers convenient on-site access to several services that are in the same facility including Lab, Imaging, Geriatrics, Pharmacy and Urgent Care.

Requirements:- Clear/ Active license
- DEA
- Board Certified (may consider truly BE but will NOT consider a candidate who let their certification lapse and needs to re-certify)
- 1 year of experience preferred
