Compensation : $148.37 - $157.64
Shift Details : 8a-5p, 40hrs / week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
Schedule : Monday-Friday
Contract Start : Asap after credentialing (usually 2-4 weeks). Must be able to start within 4 weeks of application.
Contract Length : 3 months, possibility to extend
Work Details :
- Support Staff : Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local health care administrator they will submit timecards to.
- Patients per day : Family Physicians are expected to see up to 18 patients per day. May be less depending on cancellations, etc, but should be comfortable with higher volume and fast paced.
- Patient Population / Age : Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages.
- Department Description : Community Health Center. Providers should have experience in these settings or express interest to work with vulnerable populations. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on site. Provider is not required to be bilingual, but would be a plus. OP ambulatory services, family medicine, walk-in / acute care services, chronic disease management.
- EMR : EPIC
- Basic Procedures : Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
