A hospital in Napa is on the hunt for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician who’s as passionate about patient care as the locals are about their world-class wine.
Position Highlights
- Base Compensation : $230,000 - $254,000 annually.
- Earning Potential : $250,000 - $280,000 with wRVU bonuses (target 5,300–6,000 RVUs annually).
- Schedule : Outpatient, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Patient Demographics : 40% adult, 10% pediatric, 50% geriatric.
Procedural Scope :EKG interpretation and x-ray interpretation.
Bonus points if you’re skilled in geriatrics, pediatrics, splinting, employment physicals, disability exams, and adult procedures.Basically, if you can multitask like a barista during morning rush, we want you.Compensation & Benefits

Clear and active state licenseBoard Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.Experience in primary care, outpatient setting a plus but not required. Will accept 2025 residents!Active DEA licenseComfortable with diverse patient populations—geriatrics, pediatrics, and everything in between.Skilled in EKG and x-ray interpretation, and eager to tackle acute and chronic care.
