Role
- Compensation: Base $260k 50K sign on bonus
- Bonus: Up to 20k year 1 and goes up as a partner.
- Partnership: No Buy-in. usually within 12-18 months. 65% have made partner after 1 year. As a partner will make over $300k
- 18 patients a day
- Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

- Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

- M.D or D.O
- Clear and Active medical license
- Active DEA license
- Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- 2 years of experience in Primary Care Outpatient setting
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (preferred, not required)
- Proficiency in suturing for minor -wound closures
- Joint Injections: Competence in administering -joint injections for pain management.
- Skin Biopsies: Capability to perform skin biopsies for diagnostic purposes.
- Wound Care: Ability to manage and provide comprehensive wound care.
Salary : $260,000 - $300,000
