- Develop and Close Business: Proactively identify opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and convert inbound and outbound leads into satisfied customers.
- Build Executive Relationships: Partner with senior leaders across various industries, gaining trust and acting as a strategic advisor.
- Strategize and Plan: Prioritize your portfolio of accounts by creating tailored account plans, identifying cross-departmental opportunities, and expanding key stakeholder relationships within each organization.
- Drive Expansion: Uncover and pursue growth opportunities in new departments while presenting compelling, multi-use case solutions to key executives, such as CIOs, to encourage adoption across the organization.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire process, from initial outreach to final contract signature, collaborating with internal teams like legal, engineering, and implementation specialists to deliver exceptional results.
- Consult and Educate: Serve as an expert guide, helping customers understand the full value of the platform and how it can address their unique business needs.

- San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York: On-target earnings range: $255,000 - $332,200 USD
- All other locations: On-target earnings range: $229,500 - $299,000 USD
Compensation varies based on work location, relevant experience, and skills.
Requirements:Qualifications- Experience: 8–18 years as an Account Executive in software sales, consistently managing and achieving $1–2M annual revenue targets.
- Track Record: Proven success in closing new enterprise deals and adding 8–12 new Fortune 500 accounts in your last role.
- Tenure: Minimum of 3 years per role; candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered.
- Key Wins: At least one recent position demonstrating the ability to land and grow key accounts.
- Specialization: Focus on software sales with no background in IT sales or development roles.
- Consultative Sales Skills: Strong ability to engage with C-suite executives, align stakeholders, and deliver customized solutions to meet complex business needs.
- Methodology Expertise: Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar frameworks to drive and manage large-scale deals.
- Communication: Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and influence high-level decision-makers.
Salary : $260,000 - $330,000
