Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Architect and implement JAMF solutions to meet organizational needs, including device provisioning, app deployment, and policy enforcement. Platform Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of JAMF servers and integrations with enterprise systems. Security & Compliance: Develop and enforce security protocols for macOS and iOS devices to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Automation: Create scripts (e.g., using Python, Bash) and workflows to automate recurring tasks such as patch management, software distribution, and user onboarding. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions. Training & Documentation: Provide guidance, training, and documentation for IT staff on JAMF operations and best practices. Troubleshooting: Serve as the escalation point for complex JAMF and Apple ecosystem issues
Required Qualifications: Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Apple device management. 5 years of hands-on experience with JAMF (certifications such as JAMF 200, 300, or 400 preferred). Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of macOS and iOS systems administration. Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or AppleScript. Familiarity with network protocols (e.g., LDAP, SAML, VPN) and cloud-based integration tools (e.g., Azure AD, Okta). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team
