Business System Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Information & Data Master Data Management (I&D MDM) team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Collibra, SQL/PLSQL, Azure Integration Services, and hands-on familiarity with Azure Databricks and Tableau metadata ingestion.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting enterprise applications with a focus on release management, deployment, and testing of new features
• Enhancing and maintaining ingestion of metadata from Tableau Server and customized features within Collibra
• Supporting the legacy “Right to Know” data governance policy and ensuring compliance
• Maintaining and enhancing PL/SQL code for customer survey generation (IRIS application)
• Delivering Level 3 support, including coordination with TechOps and third-party vendors
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive effective testing and solution delivery

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 years in IT support or managed services, ideally in a data-driven environment
• Proficiency in Collibra, SQL, PL/SQL, and Azure Integration Services
• Experience connecting to Azure Databricks and working with metadata ingestion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to perform root cause analysis and suggest improvements
• Exceptional communication skills — comfortable translating complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP a plus)
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and application monitoring tools
• Experience writing and updating AOD and Knowledge Base documentation
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
